These player also support most audio and video formats including MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC, AVI, ASF, MP4, FLV, RM and RMVB, and come with a rechargeable battery that can last up to 21 hours of audio playback or up to 6 hours of video playback. The Qumo Vision HD is scheduled to be released in October for unannounced price yet.

The gadget has a 2.9-inch TFT touchscreen display with a 3.2MP camera, a 40 MB internal memory, a microSD slot(up to 8GB), Bluetooth, USB, a radio with RDS, a 3.5 mm audio jack and supports DivX, FLV, AVI, and MP3 file formats. The Philips Xenium K700 also provides up to 4-hours of video playback and 25-hours of audio playback. No word on pricing or availability so far.

GE Digital Cameras today announced two new digicams namely the 10-Megapixel J1050 and 12.2-Megapixel J1250. Both cameras come with several easy-to-use features, including Pan-Capture Panorama, wide-angle shots, Auto Scene, Blink, Smile and Face Detection. Each camera measures only 0.8-inch thin and has a 2.7-inch LCD screen with Auto Adjust Brightness for perfect screen visibility indoors and outdoors. The GE J1050 and J1250 will be available soon for $119.99 and $139.99, respectively.

Here’s the latest pocket-sized camera from JVC, the PICSIO GC-FM1. Measuring only 53mm x 97mm x 17mm and weighing just 95 grams, this compact camera sports an 8-megapixel sensor for taking digital still images, a 2-inch LCD display, an SD/SDHC memory card slot, an HDMI output and has the capability to record 1080p HD video at 2.03-megapixel in MPEG-4 or AVC/H.254 format. In addition, it also supports 720p, VGA and QVGA video modes. The PICSIO GC-FM 1 is available in three different colors: blue, black and pink for a retail price of £170 (about $271).
